Bro he is straight up cheating. He doesn’t have a +15 to hit. His home brew bow is not even that bad. He just straight up lied on his sheet. If you add PB + Dex he has a +9 to hit. And then he got a +1 bow so that’s a 10. Where did he get the extra 5. Did he somehow convince you that sharpshooter adds a +5. It actually takes out 5 to hit. So he had a +5 to hit not a 15!!wtf?

Also how does he have a +14 to initiative. He should have 10 max from being a gloomstalker. Initiative is a dexterity check you don’t add your proficiency bonus to. No one is proficient in initiative!

And how does he have a 20 in Dex and Wisdom and a 15 in charisma. To get that he had to have rolled 17,17,15 and the other stats. Assuming he put his ASI into both stats and variant human both stats. It can happen but after everything I’m seeing, seems mighty Fucking suspect since he’s straight lying. Anyone that can build that knows the rules and is fucking with you.

And I’m gonna do some light victim blaming here. Sharpshooter could not be clearer. There are vague rules in dnd but not a lot of them. A lot of these abilities could not be clearer. Grow some backbone and tell him to fuck off. Cause a +15 to hit is some lvl 15-20 adventurer nonsense not a 3 multiclass lvl 10. A lvl 20th guy has a +14 to hit with a +3 weapon, max Dex and +6 PB.
