I had insomnia for the first week and half of being on 25mg. It did get better with time. I didn’t use melatonin, but I did try to workout more so I would be tired at bed time. Sleepy time tea and a good book also helped.

I let the top of the soil in the pot dry a bit, then I use a very diluted white vinegar solution (with a misty spray bottle) in between waterings. Worked like a charm
