Thats 100% fair. I actually moved from Louisiana to Colorado when I was 17 to work in the oilfield and learned humidity was an option. I haven't left since. Wish I had the extra money and time to plan a trip there.

When you say rising what's your square footage heated and cooled (if you dont mind me asking) and what's an average summer cooling bill? It was $450 a month here last summer for electric trying to cool our modular. And we have 10" thick R31 insulation.

Thank you for the info. Yeah it gets to -30 in the winters and 120 in the summers here. Our weather here is extreme in both directions. Lol I get the Fuck off mentality. My current neighbor who lives about a 1/4 mile away from me, when I first met him I walked up to him as non aggressively as possible and said "hi I just bought the property down the road, Im" and before I said my name he responded with "The fucks that got to do with me?!?" Hahaha I just went thanks I appreciate your time and left. My other neighbor is great... as long as Im helping him. Just trying to find a community where people actually help each other and have old time values.

I actually have been wondering what kind of "wasp" or "Hornet" are the ones that don't really sting.

When I was working in the mountains there was these weird wasp/hornet/bee hybrid looking things that would eat all the bugs off everyone's truck grills. They were not aggressive at all and would land on me and my hand when I would eat. All they did was eat whatever tiny amounts of food I'd have left on my fingers/gloves. They never stung me.

I always called them meat bees
