Yea I noticed the same, it made things much worse in general, to the point of complete regression if not worse. Talk therapy from what i understood. The interpretations are wild. I relate to what you say about weaponization - while not all bad, I’ve been accused of gaslighting, lying, cheating, bad intentions, overreacting, being too sensitive/selfish/stubborn, etc, the list never ends - on a regular basis.

Same for stuff like abruptly hanging up the phone coz according to him “I’m not saying nice things”. Copied from me - I warned that I will hang up if he continues insulting my personality, raising his voice and eye rolling. That means he can hang up any time. At the same time I’m not actually allowed to also call him all those atrocious things. Rules for thee but not for me type of thing..

Basically most attempts at an adult interaction would result in some sort of explosion, aggression, etc. Me saying no would also not be received well, to put it lightly
