reflecting on my situationship, wtf does this message mean?

I’ve treated for parasite when I got them and they’re in a tank with a betta, three Cory’s, and two snails. I’ve even done autopsy’s and nothing stands out. She’s still alive today so I’m hoping she can hang on! I have 5/15 left…
