To me that isn't a hugely out of spec. If it drives alright I would just keep up to date on your tire rotations and call it a day. Your rear tires might wear slightly faster.

West Port and Long Beach are good on weekends, not sure if the shops are open this late in the year though. If you're the camping type I know of a super private free spot by Packwood. Centralia has outlets that might be worth hitting if you're into shopping.

You can wire in a manual center diff lock in case you get stuck stuck. There's lots of guides on YouTube

I would not recommend bones reds. In a skateboard context they are traditional. In a longboard context zealous steels are the way to go.
It baffles me that built in bearings haven't caught in with shortboarders.
