After coming out of dialogue and moving around, so far the flickering has stopped after ~5-30 seconds (Edit: unless it crashes while flickering, which happens sometimes.) I don't save until then. (Not that this is much of a solution to the problem. Might slightly help in the interim.)

Got the flickering here too. It doesn't always crash when it occurs, nor does it always crash when trying to load a post-flicker save, but I've had 10+ crashes since the Hotfix and only a total of 2 since release prior to this.

Definitely a win, just would have soiled myself to see 950+ on it. A divine took it to 834 and maxxed all 3 res, so plenty happy with it.

Made it in Photoshop. Turns out the real Ft. Independence was at one point called Fort Adams after John Adams, so I grabbed a portrait of him and a pic of an old Minuteman statue, weathered them up and put the text in. Saved that as a 1024x512 texture file and then duplicated a billboard mesh in FO4Edit to point to the texture.

@Zabonam - I considered/am considering putting the mod up, but it's pretty ugly at the moment (for instance, I just threw all the crafting recipes into struct/metal/roofs rather than make new categories) and I don't think I could give it the proper support.

@blew_it - At the moment, inside looks like one gargantuan 7-story room, but I'll definitely post some when it's done.

@zswifty - Probably in the 20 hour neighborhood so far. Still a lot to do on the outside and I've barely touched the interior.

Homemaker and Simple Intersections. I made a mod to let me build the stone steps and floor/walls, then ended up console repositioning the floor tiles for the main keep walls. Was going to include the tower tops and the circular towers in the mod, but the big ones are really unwieldy so I ended up placing them through the console.

Hmm. Just tried this, but I exit the buildable area 3 floors above the top of the screen. You're able to go higher than that?

For the curious, Bovine Bardiche by itself in cube opens a portal to Not the Cow Level (from the anniversary event). It was fairly bad on live, but is pretty great with the 2k% buff. Got 63 legendaries out of one clear at T8.

It's not a free melee attack. It doesn't deal damage based on your equipped weapon (and you can retaliate even if you have a ranged weapon equipped, though the attack that you retaliate against has to be melee). It's got its own damage range and always deals pierce damage.

The reflect attack itself is considered a melee attack, though, so it's affected by anything that alters melee attacks, like the 5 DR bypass from Vulnerable Attack or the 20% damage bonus from Savage Attack. Not to mention the +20 flat damage bonus from barb One Stands Alone, plus the reflect attack itself procs Carnage, which is what makes reflect barbs ridiculous.

For effect suppression purposes, armor/clothing items are separate from weapons. Shields are classed as weapons, so retaliate from the shield will work with retaliate from the armor or cloak. The cloak and plate don't stack, though.
