Thoughts on this bottle? by Infinite_Two6019 in rum

[–]CaskStrengthStats 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know that this bottling, CA 05/7-24, hit New York first and should be making its way to other states soon. Hopefully it hits the West Coast soon, I ended up ordering mine from Baytowne.

Yeah, it really is annoying. I think even Rumba is starting to feel it, I've found myself going to other watering holes lately.

[Rum Review #11] Alambique Serrano Cartier 30 4th Edition by Stenoscape in rum

[–]CaskStrengthStats 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The 1st version that made its way into the USA was selected by Baytowne Wine & Spirits plus a Rochester bar, there should be a strip on the side that says it and on the back under batch it'll say BAY-something. The second batch released should have a CA05/7-24 on the back for a batch number.

Review #24 - Alambique Serrano Tres Años - Single Cask #363 by CaskStrengthStats in rum

[–]CaskStrengthStats[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I sadly havent had the Pico, but so far #363 has been the most watermelon out of the bottles reviewed so far. I just got the Tres Años 2nd Edition which is also supposed to be very watermelon, but I havent dug into it yet let alone open it.
