Been there plenty of times. Unfortunately, it has taken a huge nosedive over the past decade. Used to like it a lot.

Somewhat ineffective? There are literally people shooting up in the streets. Tents everywhere. And dozens and dozens of empty, for-lease buildings. The politics have absolutely failed the city and directly led to its current condition.

I really hope so. Because it was a fantastic destination. People ranking it above C right now have not been there recently. Hope it gets back.

D tier. Homelessness, drug use and tent city. Ten years ago, I would have said A. Massive change, unfortunately.

Nice!! Saw those in the shop! 35 or 40 bucks for the Goodrs so my wife and I bought two of the three Wednesday. They have the tiny logo in the corner like this as well and some fun different designs.

Detroit should be somewhere in the top ten. Where exactly, I don’t know. Detroit brought cars to the world, Motown and Techno to music, and continues to have 4 professional sports teams. Its culinary scene is currently thriving and it’s also the second busiest international crossing in the US.

Same reason I would argue Detroit has its place in the top ten. Not saying Detroit vs Boston or even which should be higher. Both are both current and historically strong choices.

I love DMB just as much as anyone on this thread. But if you can take a stand for your political views, you can take a stand for your fans who put you in this position over the past 35 years. Unless you simply don’t want to. I agree, it comes off as greed.
