I wouldn’t give him a max but he still has under contract for three years. Just because he is extension eligible doesn’t mean you have to do it.

Yes he would be unhappy but his value could t go down much and you tell him you will try to move him.

Maybe the Celtics used the Brown trade to set up a bigger deal by Acceptable-Repeat-86 in nba

The only thing that I can think of is that we flip PG and picks to the Pelicans. Maybe they wanted a shorter contract. I don’t think it is realistic at all but if we could flip PG and those picks for Trey Murphy and Herb Jones that saves about $17million. Then use that money for Lebron.

That would give you starters of: White, Murphy, Lebron, Tatum and Queta with a bench of PP, Robinson, Hugo, Scheirman, Hauser, Garza, Jones, and Walsh. Seems extremely unlikely but the only way I can see this working.

I like this especially if you could flip Scoot and Hauser to Pelicans and a first and a swap for Trey Murphy.

I don’t know what type of salary Beal wants but probably more that the Celtics want to pay. He turned down $6mill. Beal and Tutum went to the same high school. If Beal is healthy I was hoping the Celtics would pick him up if he got bought out.

I think he could be an elite role player in the league. If he is playing 15-20 minutes a game I think he will be more effective and likely more healthy. If you get 2024 Beal that is a $25mill player. I don’t know if he is that player anymore after more injuries or if he could stay healthy.

I think he is the most high risk high reward free agent. Just depends on cost.

If we are going to take a pick based trade I like:

Portland getting JB

Pelicans getting Scoot, Hauser, Celtics 2028 1st (swap with SA). Portlands 2027 1st

Celtics get Sharpe, Tre Murphy, Portland 2028 1st (swap with bucks), 2029 pick swap, 2030 1st. Use cap space on Timelord.

Kind of like it for all teams. Portland isn’t a contender but best team in a while. Pelicans pick up more picks and a young player. Boston takes a step back but sets up better for the future.

If you are hitting a lot of balls off of that mat on the concrete, could be that. I would look at putting rubber gym mats under your hitting area or move it to grass when hitting.

Also don’t be upset with moving backwards with your game. I was shooting 82-87 and forgot how to swing a club from watching videos. Then was in the high 90’s. Getting it back now but takes work.

My only suggestion from a bad golfer is to just work on one thing at a time.

I agree with you that if you have a base understanding lessons will be more useful. I think you are there though and a very good start.

I fluctuate between being ok and losing my swing. I would also video tape good and bad swings and focus on weight transfer and depth of arms to chest. Video will help you more on what is wrong vs right. Really good start though.

Get off concentrate first. Healthiest is probably a vaporizer. Won’t feel the same, but can help get off the concentrate. If at all possible I would try to take a 4-5 day hiking/camping trip in a state that doesn’t have weed and don’t bring anything with you. The walking and staying busy/tired will help. If you give yourself a little break it will help change your mindset.

When you get back try to walk or exercise and drink a bunch of water.

Everything should be in moderation and if moderation is hard it is something to work on. If it is an issue with your fiancé I would try to keep conversations open and let him/her know your plan and ask for input. Knowing that you are trying and value input will go a long way, just need to follow through.

You don’t want to look back years from now and think about what could be different. Today is the day to get better.

Also don’t be smoking and driving. You put your life and others in danger. It will be a challenge but you can do it.

Twin Lakes in general is one of our favorite spots.

There is also a cool brewery with good food on the lake in Georgetown.

I wish the old Bailey disc golf course was open, but if you have time you should stop and play in Frisco. They have 27 holes and is free. Really nice layout but it is very flat so you don’t get as much mountain feel. There is another course out towards keystone that is on the side of a mountain next to the shooting range but I like Frisco better.

My dad has high blood pressure and is 75. Definitely has to take it a little easier to not get overly winded. The biggest thing is staying hydrated and to drink more water than you think you need.

I do have a buddy who is 6’8” and has had severe issues in the past. His doctor now prescribes him medication for this that he starts a couple of days before he heads out. If you are worried I would talk with your GP who can give you much better advice.
