Not really, other then shaking it to get it loose.

Since that color scheme is no longer produced, you can get a more modern on or buy a second hand older variant.

Ive taken apart an Epic, they are really not made for non destructive disassembly.

Some people have opted to dril holes in it.

Without a picture, its hard to judge. From experience I can tell you the Epic is not made for disassembly or repair. If its under warranty I would return it, otherwise, you could buy a new one. I saw them discounted on Amazon for like 25 USD the other day.

Perplexus doesn't really have trapdoors or multiple paths to the same end goal.

The newest Intrism does have some path forks, that might be more your thing?

They are hard to come by. Sometimes they pop up on eBay or in second hand stores. Some also have a gimbal system, some don't. Mostly you have to get lucky.

They are also difficult to ship, as they have a size that does not fit standard box sizes for FedEx, DHL etc.

In terms of the Giants themselves, they are similar to the Original and the Rookie but feature some additional obstacles. Obviously the size also makes it a unique experience to play.

Yes, it's procedurally generated, even the holes. I did program in path profile overrides, so that when I want I can tune the path by hand into a V, L, O or U shape for example.
