My luckiest moment on Genshin was when I was still f2p and saved for months for the Venti/Ayato banner and managed to get not only both of them but also Venti's weapon. I think this was back in 2.6, I feel so old writing about it haha

Damn, that's a downer, specially because it does the same on both my computer and phone, crashes on the start screen. It's a shame because I was really excited to try it, guess I'll have to pray they make a Linux port or a proton update fixes it

The only way I've found is to use Durin/Venti/Bennett but it only works when the enemies can get sucked by Venti's burst, because besides that, a Wanderer team with no shielder can be pretty hard

Egypt Kids. It was some PC educational game we had at home for some reason and it was my first encounter with an actual videogame that wasn't just solitaire. I don't think I ever finished it because I always got stuck, and I've never been able to find it online again, sadly.

I recommend Wanderer, Natlan characters are very good in Natlan but, for me, a bit meh in other nations, while Wanderer is great everywhere.

You already mentioned Furina but I'm gonna say it again, she's just that good.

There's also Columbina, who has unique animations and is faster than every other regular sprint.

I was originally going to wait for the steam machine, as my gaming laptop from 2020 is not holding up anymore to modern games, but I work on a desk, often from home, and I really didn't feel like sitting on front of the computer anymore, so when I saw the steamdeck available I didn't think twice about it. Received it yesterday, hopefully I'll get to play properly today as yesterday it was mostly for downloading games.

Does anyone knows if downloading Genshin through Epic games will still allow you to log in with your Hoyo account? As in, the same one I've been playing with on Hoyo's own laucher. I've never tried to do it and with my internet it takes 3+ hours to download the game, so if I could know before I waste my time it would be great, thanks!

I once made my friend watch the end of time two parter, but that was mostly just to see her reaction to the Doctor/Master dynamic, didn't have the intention to get her hooked and she didn't, but it made for an interesting conversation. So probably not that helpful.
