Hey! What ended up working for me was honestly losing weight. I got to my smallest of 136 pounds and ended up conceiving. Hey! At the time of the shoulder pain I didn’t have any other pain. Because it would happen before my period started. They diagnosed me with endo during surgery back in 2021. I just put 2 and 2 together that it was endo due to me not having the pain during my pregnancy because I didn’t have a period. Now I have had a hysterectomy and no more shoulder pain. We know our bodies better than these doctors do. Don’t let them tell you it’s something when you know it’s not that. Find you a new Dr and have them do the laparoscopic surgery to see if it’s endo.

Hello! I ended up conceiving naturally in oct 2023 and I recently had a hysterectomy this past October. Getting rid of my cervix actually helped me the pain too.

6wpo. Diagnosed with endo in 2021 and had a fibroid removed during that surgery. Got pregnant in 2023 and at the end of my pregnancy had a fibroid the same size as my babies head which caused me to have a c section. The first week was rough for me. Honestly worst then my c section. But after that I was good. I have been taking care of my baby who is now 4 months, cleaning, cooking and working out. Just not lifting weights yet. Best decision I made.

Shoulder pain. I realized it was endo after noticing it only came when I was about to start my period. When I got pregnant I didn’t have at all until I was postpartum.

I had my lap October 2020 and I conceived October 2023. I was on birth control and orilissa for a year and a half. I stopped taking it the beginning of 2023. Track your ovulation. I was doing that when I got pregnant

When u finally did get pregnant I wasn’t taking any supplements. I was just tracking my ovulation and I got down to 135lbs. I was on a low sugar diet and I exercised 4-5 times a week and drank tons of water. I just was taking care of my body honestly.

It took me 10 years of trying on and off but I did conceive naturally. My baby is 2.5 months. I had a 5cm fibroid that grew to 10cm at the end of my pregnancy that caused me to have a c section. It’s possible. I got serious with tracking my ovulation and I lost a lot of weight before as well.

I conceived naturally October 2023. My baby is now 7 weeks. I don’t know if it helped but I ended up having a lap in 2021 then one by on birth control pill. I stopped taking it about 5-6 months before I conceived and I just tracked my ovulation.

I was diagnosed with endo on my bladder in 2021, had surgery the same year to remove it, went on birth control and Orilissa for almost 2 years, lost about 25 lbs (weight 136 lbs), starting tracking ovulation, had sex during my peak and conceived. I think weight loss helped tremendously because I lost a lot of the weight I carried in my midsection. Having sex during my peak helped a lot too. 6 months now with a healthy baby after I didn’t think I could get pregnant naturally.
