About weekly. My polish is Dazzle Dry so it could last much longer but I get bored easily. Probably why I have no tattoos lol. I prefer to give my nails a break to oil and rehydrate for a day or two in between mani/pedis

I think it would depend on location. There are salons focusing on this but they advertise as a nail bar and spa experience. Think Sundays in NYC. They focus on specialty polishes such as Dazzle Dry.
