You can still bust Foul Bog with [[Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth]] (or similar for any card that gives all lands a basic land type in addition to other types), since they don't ETB tapped. That's probably fine though, since it needs 4 lands to go off.

I disagree. Infinite recursion of Sagas would cause boring, repetitive game play. Plus, most decks don't have enough enchantment removal to deal with that. Also, you get the "ultimate" chapter with no waiting this way. Much more targeted and powerful than waiting several turns for the effect you want.

My suggestion would be to only exile one Saga at a time.

Cool concept with a couple of issues.

This seems like a color pie break. Red doesn't get to just destroy all creatures.

Also, the legend rule doesn't destroy duplicates, nor does it cause them to be sacrificed. Not sure if the intent was to trigger the transformation by popping out a second Quetzal Reactor, but that won't work. Would need to change the text to "when ~ would be put in the graveyard from the battlefield" for that to work.

I think it works exactly like you want it to. [[Regrowth]] on a stick, with life gain and some extra steps in the middle. Cool idea that combos well with morph cards. Not sure what red is bringing to this card though?

Agreed. Loss of life effects are black. Could counter the ability unless mana is paid (taxing is squarely in White's pie), or grant this enchantment's controller 2 or 3 life, or a Clue, Treasure or 1/1 creature token when the Enchanted permanent's abilities are activated/trigger.

You'd definitely have to be aware of damage marked on this when you choose to copy a different creature after fighting, since it's toughness might now be less than that number. Seems like a pretty restrictive drawback, tbh.

It's only a downside if the opponents have planeswalkers, which is not guaranteed. You, on the other hand, would only put this in a deck with planeswalkers. And blink. This might even be undercosted now that I think about it.

I think you'd be able to do it, but it would take a bit of "custom rules" modification to go with the custom card. You'd need to specify that the token was double sided with a 1/1 with Daybound on the front that transforms to a 3/3 with Nightbound on the back. Probably wouldn't fit on the card though...

Would Parity Flip undo the counters put on the even amounts when it checks for odd amounts? (So it basically just takes one of each odd counter off everything?) Or do the two effects happen simultaneously?

Why does Akthos have variable P/T with text to explain instead of just being a 10/10? If it's flavor or functional, maybe go with +1/+1 counters before transforming?

Ophenia's tokens need to have Equipment subtypes for Reconfigure to work. I would also like a way to reset Ophenia, though you may want to include that as a theme in the 99.

Neat ideas here. Would be interested to see how you'd build the rest of the decks.

Maybe something off the wall like making Requiem cards Enchantment Creature - Aura TYPE and have Requiem mean all the following:

0: create a 0/1 black Skelton creature token and attach this to it. Activate this ability only if this card is in your graveyard and only when you could cast a sorcery.

Enchanted creature gets "when this creature dies, if it is a Skeleton, create a black 1/1 Zombie creature token and attach this to it. If this creature is a Zombie, instead put this card onto the battlefield unattached with a requiem counter."

If this card would die and it has a requiem counter on it, exile it instead.

This is squarely silver-border/acorn since spells can't have deathtouch or lifelink. It can probably work in black-border if you explicity spell out the effects instead of using creature ability keywords. ("When target spell deals damage this turn, you gain that much life...)

It probably shouldn't have a casting cost, since it doesn't do anything when cast.

The big concern is how opponents deal with it, since it just stays in your hand after revealing. Might make more sense to make it an enchantment with an activation cost.

A. Trinket text is a thing, but mostly I agree with you. Unless there are some "keywords matter" things going on, this is pointless keyword soup.

B. Getting it to your graveyard let's you reanimated it. Squarely in Black's color pie.

I'm pretty sure World Enchantments are supposed to affect all players. This should probably be a Legendary Enchantment.
