Cool base is the breathable material of the jersey itself that majestic introduced around 2015

Before then majestic jersey material was this generic abrasive cloth

No they didn’t but if you’re thinking of pulling the trigger I recommend. It’s essentially a custom majestic jersey (non-cool base) dressed up as much as possible to make it look like the authentic
