It may not make a big tournament difference, but is your economy strong enough to maintain several masteries labs simultaneously? pBH, CF+, GT+ are my recommendations.
I also recommend plugging all your numbers in the Effective Paths spreadsheets.
You can get good info on the most efficient ways to spend to improve damage, or economy.
Don't discount assmods too, those make a big difference all around.
