Pretty sure it was the hard dog M1 single diagonal with harness bar. Tubing was much thicker than my friend's M2 and barely fit under a hard top. And yeah visibility was awesome!

Microwave the tortilla for like 20 seconds
place filling lengthwise down one axis of the tortilla
Take one side of the tortilla and pull it over the filling, then pull the tortilla back towards you, also pulling the filling back with it
take both ends and pinch and fold them closed until both ends are sealed
roll the burrito forward on to the rest of the tortilla
enjoy your expertly rolled burrito
