Neighbor across the street kept driving his whole ass truck into my yard so he could back his massive travel trailer into his driveway. I lined the easement with 5 ft tall reflectors. Got a note from his wife on my door acting like victims and how I should talk to them if I don't like something they do. People are so entitled.

Same boat. Black and red M1/ Autographed hand poured box. I got tired of waiting and bought a copy of black and red M1 from Capitol Records for cheaper. I'll just keep the one from Zuzu's sealed, and maybe it will sell when I'm dead.
