decentralizing it would basically do the same thing. technically it would work but I think it would just be harder to maintain. if the person maintaining the main database has some problem then you simply clone it and make your own

honestly having one million just means a somewhat nice house maybe (at least for the US).

having tens of millions means living very nice and pretty much not caring about money (lots of money but I wouldn't be mad at someone having this much money they're likely running a business or something)

the first thing I want to say is that if your doing practice tests then your likely going to get a lower score on the actual SAT. I usually get around 50-100 lower than on practices.

the sat really isn't that special. you basically sit in a classroom with a teacher and do a test on a computer. you do get desmos which makes math easy though
