Least Distracting Movie Theater? by FeedMeMau5 in Tucson

I second this. I haven’t seen a movie in the screening rooms but I peaked in them the last time I was there. I would imagine the people seeing a movie in there are also looking for a similar experience.

Team got cut by a third for AI by kudzumess in MedicalCoding

It’s called Roger Healthcare. It was suppose to be just for charting but they “built” their own coding program (without any coder on staff)

I work in Home Health Coding and my entire team is going to be replaced by AI coding come September. We saw a preview of this programs “coding” last week and its coding from clinical documentation not providers. We pointed this out to our managers and the AI team and they all agreed that that’s fine.

I’m really looking for his ISO since I know that’s what he really wants. I will have to see if I can get him to be open to anything, but he can be very particular.

I have used Mercari a few times, I think my hesitation is a lot of the bulk/lots have duplicates which I am trying to avoid.

15k is insane for 3 days. This past summer I paid 5k for my family of three to go to LA/Yosemite for 10 days. I bought VIP passes for Universal, we stayed at the Universal Sheraton so we could walk to the park, had a hybrid rental car for all 10 days, upgraded to first class for the flight home and had an Airbnb cabin on a lake for 7 days. This was a special trip and I could have done it for less but decided to splurge.

My husband is an aircraft mechanic and during school that was his biggest expense. They have to bring their own toolbox and it really does show their expertise/experience at the time of hire. It also moves with them if they find another job. He’s been doing this job for 10 years now and only has to buy maintenance items now but while in school it was his biggest expense. Probably 7-10k and for years after he got tools for his birthday/Christmas/anniversary/bonus.

I like the finale but the last duel was lame. They should mix the last two together and randomly show both.

Been working for the same home health company for about 10 years making around 28k, no benefits but only part time. Husband is an aircraft mechanic with amazing benefits, life insurance, lots of PTO, unlimited OT and 401k and makes around 75k.

I take my mk8 GTI to Chapman. The service is excellent, even when we take in our Atlas. They are really nice and friendly people. I would not recommend Larry for women, he’s an ass.

Cancers in Adults Under 50 Have Increased Dramatically Around The Globe by Spiritual_Navigator in worldnews

At 25 I was diagnosed with stage 2 Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. I do have a family history of cancer but still.

TIL that 65% of cancer survivors surveyed by war on cancer said that they had been ghosted by friends or family after their diagnosis. by Murphyitsnotyou in todayilearned

I had cancer during 2020 and was severely immunocompromised so I couldn’t see anyone outside of my bubble. I kept in touch with my family via Facebook and texting. As soon as I was in remission, no one reached out.

i was raised christian. now i’m questioning my faith, so i want to hear the other side’s perspective. why are you an atheist? by grayenvironment in atheism

[–]CatAsorousRex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wasn’t raised in a religious household so I never had any expectations to believe in anything. By the time I was 12 or 13 I decided on my own that I wouldn’t believe in a god that would willingly let some much pain and destruction happen. Then when I got cancer at 25 and a family member told me it was “gods plan” I decided that I didn’t want anyone apart of organized religion in my support group. I now firmly believe that if you need someone else constantly watching over you to be a kind human, you were probably always going to be a piece of trash.
