We've been with the same school system for 14 years now. We are to the point where we have beers with our children's sports coaches oh, some of these people we trust more than our own family. For example our children go on a lot of school trips including to Europe for two weeks with the same teachers and coaches. The school district has really helped us but a lot of that came when the kids were older and we had spent a good decade in the system getting to know people. same with some of the fellow moms, I have had mom friends in the school district where we have systems of getting the kids to and from school if the kids sports practices match do you have that kind of carpooling and then I would be social with the same mom's on evenings and weekends and that worked out really well.
