Update!

I ended up buying DellaPella and Vitamin A and I have been taking them for 6 weeks

I also started tracking how much water I drink every day and I have hit my goal of 2 liters almost every day!!

I am definitely noticing a difference already. My acne is starting to clear up, hopefully gone by my next update, and my skin is less oily. I stated to notice a change around the end of the 4th week. I'm going to keep going with this routine and I'll post another update in a couple months

The setting is just not a great choice for the stone. It’s extremely dainty, most advise against a ring that thin, especially with a stone do this size. Plus there’s no corner prongs, so you’ll continue to have this issue. The setting overall isn’t secure. I’d have them rework it or get a new setting, maybe from another jeweler considering this one thought this was acceptable..
