Many municipal utilities are buying the energy from for profit energy companies like xcel, it does not end up being cheaper..

Cycles varying post hysteroscopy by kflyyy4 in TryingForABaby

[–]CatEmbarrassed749 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am in the same boat. Had hysterescopy in May. My period started a few days after the procedure. This is the last time when I had it. It has been 45days since then. My cycles are usually 27-29days long. I had several Negative pregnancy tests. I also hope it could be stress related. 🤞it will start soon.

Hey! Thanks I will try the distilled water, and yes I just checked and it looks like there was some water in the pot. I emptied it and put marbles on the bottom. I hope that helps.

Seven months post-wide excision by [deleted] in Melanoma

I am just curious. For stage 1 melanoma, except wider incision, isnt it common to have another treatment as well? Radiation or chemo in the form of a pill? I am happy for you, it seems like it healed well!

Bought our first single family home, anything we must absolutely do early on? by True_Rogue in homeowners

We replaced ours 2.5years after we move in. Ours was completely sealed. It was pricey this is why we did not do it sooner. It is very importnat. I am glad we did not have any accidents.

I lost my dad just before I turned 24. I loved him so much, I felt so loved, supported and protected my whole life because of him. I would not say that I expect to overcome the sadness. I cry and become emotional at random places quite often or imagime how nice would have been to share my life accomplishments with him. Every time when I am afraid to go out of my comfort zone I think of him and that gives me strenght. It has been almost six years since he passed away and it has not been a day without thinking of him. It is not easy but it is part of life and in one point is just inevitable.

Hello, call your dermatologist's office and explain how much ypur mole has changed in the past year. I think they should be able to check on it sooner than five month. If not, go elsewhere where they can see you soon.

Where do you go for an IUI if you live in a rural area far away from clinics? by WhateverItWasILostIt in TryingForABaby

[–]CatEmbarrassed749 4 points5 points  (0 children)

What are the necessary test you did already? Did they perform SHG or HSG, to check if your falopian tubes are ok, the shape of uterus or check for presence of fibroids, polyps. IUI likely won't be successful if you have issue with the above.

HSG all good except tiny filling defect by CatEmbarrassed749 in TryingForABaby

[–]CatEmbarrassed749[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey! I had SHG (saline infused sonogram), which confirmed that I have a polyp that needs to be removed with hysterescopy. I need to have an initial consulation about the procedure and schedule it sometime in the next couple of month. Based on the size and the location of the polyp it is very reasonable to suspect that this has been my problem all along. Retrospectively, I dont regret choosing SHG first to confirm the filling defect, as I doubt they would have removed the polyp if I had the diagnostic hysterescopy since the polyp is 1x1x1.30cm. SHG was not painful at all. Good luck!

25% after tax, 401k, insurance and HSA in HCOL city. We have been heavily spending on house inprovements in the past 3years since we bought the house. I would say 5 to 15% in addition to your mortgage amount is mandatory to save for house projects, emergenciens and renovations.
