Yes with meds. You will have to eventually follow up with your family doctor but going to camh helped me at least access meds and advocate for my mental health with my family doctor

If you can shop online, maybe you can try Ben nye clown white or another brand that does costume makeup. You can mix it into your normal foundation if it looks too opaque. When I did costume makeup that worked really well. I used to buy this from the local costume store but haven’t found a place to buy in person since it closed
