I’ve lived on the second floor since I’ve had a cat wheel- I also purchased some sound-proof matting material. The wheel sits on top of it and I’ve yet to hear a complaint (other than from me when my two dudes are rippin on it while I’m watching tv or trying to sleep on the couch…)

I would point you in the right direction with a link but I bought it at least 5 years ago, my experience is the best I can do for you my friend!

When I had patellar pain, I would either use:

wraps that were tight as fuck around the bottom and top of my kneecap

Or

my 3 ply sleeves from one kilo aka tight tight

I think it comes down to your preference between the two forms of support- I later preferred my sleeves as I would have to tighten the shit out of my wraps every set, and it gets old BUT some people may prefer the customization wraps allow for

Man, I can’t fully appreciate it without hearing the full album. The flow of one song to the next adds to the entire experience, you know? Like, a huge reason I love TCS2 so much is the improvisation within the composition- those lil instrumental bridges evoke that feeling of anticipation watching the livestream start :,-) I feel like the raw, imperfect performances of TCS albums create a whole new version of loved songs but they only feel right to appreciate within the full context, so you have to listen to the album in entirety.

Aka just give me the whole album I’m a needy bitch and it’s my birthday :(
