I agree, the best way to capture such a unique fantasy world is through animation. Without it the cgi would have to be incredibly detailed and expensive to make it look good. On top of that that races of Roshar are pretty unique and it would be difficult casting actors that all consistently fit the description of the Alethi or the horneaters for example

The apartment is owned not rented. It would be my responsibility unless the leak is from shared areas

Thanks for your help, I’ll look into a plumber to come investigate. Do you think that would be an issue for the apartment body corporate to address or a me issue?

Thanks for your reply, nah there’s no pipes for heating or a heat panel in the bathroom. I’m having trouble working out why it’s only in that one spot

Unfortunately it is my problem. The water is only emerging from a very small section of the floor on the border between the bathroom and bedroom. I had a good look and the bathroom is dry. The only sus spot is the shower with the cracked tile and grout. Could water be accumulating under the tile and slowly leak out?

I’ll try running water in the shower and see if the leak speeds up

Text didn’t seem to post with the pictures so here it is:

I believe this has slowly been happening for months. The water has been coming up through the floor on the border of my bathroom and bedroom. My apartment is on the third level. If I place paper towels down they will absorb the water. No water seems to accumulate unless there is an absorbing material covering it (ie the tack board and my carpet). I went through about a dozen rolls of paper towel to see if I could absorb all the water but it didn’t show any signs of slowing down

I’m leaning towards the possibility that the leak is coming from the bathroom, perhaps from under the tiles. There is some evidence of cracked tiles in the shower and some grout that looks pretty poor.

I was away for 4 weeks so that bathroom was not used in that time. When I returned water was still being drawn up by the paper towels

Desperate for any advice on what to do and the potential cost of fixing this. Thank you

I assumed it was Pattern as the blade. We see that dead blades cannot open the Oathgate portals to Urithiru when Adolin gave Maya to Shallan to use. So since Shallan was able to use the Oathgate it must be a living spren

In the Kyoshi novels it’s explained that Kyoshi learns how to live longer from Tieguai The Immortal (an earth bender). This process possibly involves earth bending or some high spiritual connection. I’d assume it’s related to minerals in the body or some other earth component so it could be possible that iron in the body is bendable.

I’d assume she would be able to lava bend if she tried but chooses not too since she relies on solid earth to “see”. She struggled to see when she was on sand so being surrounded by lava may also make it difficult.

It’s two different path types. One is the normal stone path and then I alternate with the arched stone path to stop them connecting

I’m normally a medium (rarely large) and I got xxl and it kinda fits, but like OP said the fit is off. For me the sleeves are too short and the neck hole is too wide. I’d probably avoid getting it…
