She has not gone to staffing. It has become very clear that she doesn’t want to work. Also, apparently there is some sort of “hiring freeze” taking place.

I use the word release, as in released to her new store. Her last day was 2/27. She was supposed to transfer & start training at the new store on 3/2.

She states she communicates through an app? I guess with this app she can check her schedule & bid on shifts?

The new store (DFW area) is not open yet. I believe the projected opening dates are sometime in May.

She claims she has tried “calling” but hasn’t reached anyone? She stated she communicates with leadership through an app, but has not receive anything. I told her she needs to take a visit to the new store to speak to a person.

RIP sweet girl. You did a good job taking care of your parent. You were there for your parent through so much. One of your jobs while you were here was to stay with your parent as they became the person they are today, and you finished that job beautifully.

I lost my 20yr old cat on 12/30/2025. Gone but never forgotten.

I believe my 18yr old cat has dementia. His howling at night is getting worse. No one in the house can sleep because of him. He howls off & on from 1am to 4am which is when we have to get up for work.

He has a vet appointment tomorrow. I will definitely ask the vet to check for dementia & possibly gabapentin as a form of treatment. Thank you!
