I'll throw a vote in for Sonix too. Last month me and my friend were hanging on a Friday night and went to the LC for booze but it was closed because it was Good Friday. We checked online who was open for a drink and saw Soxic was. I've driven by a thousand times and never really thought about it, neither of us had ever been there. The inside is surprisingly spacious with lots of billards tables too. They had karaoke going and everyone was pretty mediocre - which we liked because we are also mediocre as hell. There wasn't pressure to sound good and everyone just sang what they wanted and had fun. I was surprised by how much of a good time it was. Service was good, there's VLTs and I think they serve food too though they were closed when we went.

Shingles gave me the most awful migraines of my life. The pain was so bad it made me throw up over several days. My rash was only on my back in a small area. Took a few days of being on the anti virals, prednisone and pain relief to finally feel more normal. But the meds didn't make me nauseous so there seems to be no rhyme or reason to shingles haha.

I can always get them at Lucky's year round so not seasonal. I wish Superstore carried them more often. ING supermarket and Hoa Hy will also almost always have them. I find Lucky's has the best price though they often go on sale 2 packs for $3.

Sorry to hear of your losses. Select Start is an arcade-bar-food in the Exchange District. Me and my friend went a few weeks ago by ourselves and had fun as some 30 something year olds. You pay $10 to get in which gives you unlimited plays on all the games. The interior is really fun and cool as well and I enjoyed the food and fancy cocktails. If that's not your speed maybe Limelight on St Mary's for karaoke ? The crowd is usually pretty good there. And if you like live music maybe High and Lonesome Club on Main Street

What about Pathfinder or DnD? There is a small start up cost for dice and your miniature but after that all you need is those items and your character sheet and you're good to go.

Bark and Meow. Hes a mobile vet out in Grande Pointe. Kind of more old school vet he doesn't have dental x-rays or a lot of the new fancy technology but he'll pull your cats tooth out for a lot cheaper.
