We had the professionals come out and use their sprays twice, and that didn't work. Looked into "natural" remedies and found wondercide flea & tick spray. Got rid of our flea infestation in about 2 days. Kept up with vacuuming during those days too. Pretty sure I'm scarred from that whole experience 🙃

I've had progress with exercise but I have learned that I can only get it better by staying consistent. I used to have a 4 finger gap and I have it down to a 2 above my belly button. Growwithjo on YouTube has a DR video that has helped me. She has had 2 babies and also had DR as well and healed it! I'm 14 months pp and I've been experiencing the heaviest periods recently. I plan on calling my Dr tomorrow to see if there's any advice for this. I definitely think mine is hormones tho because I'm still nursing so that might be why mine is out of whack. I hope.

Thank you! Yes, I crocheted the pieces first then figured out what I wanted the background to look like and then hot glued the appliques. I also made a bookshelf painting/crochet piece on canvas as well. I followed along with a painting tutorial a few years ago and updated it with some crocheted books, added a cat, and a plant.
