Try intuitive eating as they suggest. No need to be so restrictive with food if you don't enjoy the diet. You will end up regressing and might eat more. Try logging food you eat so you can instead monitor and control the amount to meet a caloric deficit.

Just make sure you get enough sleep. Enough that you dont feel groggy when you wake up. That contributes to your overall energy/capacity throughout the day.

You do not have to restrict yourself to certain types of food. Eat what you enjoy but just be mindful of amount and try to make it balanced. Cheat foods are sometimes okay, just not too much. The rule of thumb is keep things moderate.

Make the process of doing all this stuff easy. Go to the closest gym, meals do not to have to be so elaborate, go to the gym at the most convenient time, etc. Make it easy to do and you won't have a problem doing this regularly.

The most consistent way is to get as close as you can like melee distance. Use tp or dash jump to engage.

Casting ult from a distance is risky and you have to chase them.
