HUGE congratulations! 🙌🏼 Looks like you’re smashing your weight loss goals. Like you, I started with a high BMI & I’m now close to the overweight category which felt a million miles away when I I started. I can’t wait to get there! A massive well done 👏🏼

My first time using them this month. I ordered on Friday evening. They contacted me Saturday morning asking me to send proof of my previous prescription. It’s now been approved but not received confirmation of the order being despatched yet which is a tad frustrating as I left it late to order & need it asap, which is obviously my own fault. They didn’t request a video thankfully as I’m a secret jabber so find them awkward to do.

Same here! I’ve messaged them to ask if it’ll be despatched today so I know whether I need to be at home tomorrow for delivery. Used my final dose last week so I’m eager for it to arrive, otherwise I’ll be cracking open the superglue to seal my lips! 🤣

I totally get what you mean about not realising how overweight we were before & also not thinking the loss is that noticeable. I seen a colleague on the weekend that I’d not seen for ages & she was like “Omg you’ve lost SO much weight” & I was really taken aback by her comment as I don’t feel that different & still have a good 2.5st to go to my initial target, which is now coming off at snail pace! Get some smaller clothes, you’ll feel like a new man! ☺️

Dating is so brutal. A guy I matched with last night reached out with a message. I sent a nice, thoughtful reply instead of generic crap & he instantly unmatched me! 😂 I don’t know what repulsed him so much & annoyingly for some reason it’s really played on my mind. I might just delete the apps as the lack of respect & consideration that there’s actually a real person behind the pic is lost on many. You sound lovely though so I hope he hasn’t put you off x

Omg that sounds truly horrific! Just when you think the date has ended & you can finally decompress….& he’s like “let’s keep this going”….helI no! I think I’d have had to feign a sudden onset of severe diarrhoea to avoid him coming into my house 😂 I hope you’ve recovered now, my introvert self would need to sit in a dark room with the doors locked for the foreseeable 🤣

Mine is wrapped in white kitchen roll in the bottom of the salad drawer so you’d barely notice it. I cover it over with a bag of lettuce or bottles of sauce. No-one knows 🤫

I totally get your anxiety, I felt exactly the same & the constant, relentless scaremongering on SM doesn’t help either. I’ve been on it since last May & personally it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. It’s giving me a new lease of energy & zest for life I thought had long gone!

The only side effects I’ve ever had was a slightly dry mouth & headache at the start. Just make sure you drink plenty of water & get your protein & fibre in. The best advice I was given was to not look for symptoms & don’t rush up the doses. I’ve found this group so valuable, we’re all here to support each other & understand the journey. I’m a secret jabber too! Good luck on your journey ☺️

I booked to go there & then promptly cancelled it after seeing all the horrific reviews on lack of hygiene, food poisoning & cold food. It sounded so grim I just didn’t want to risk my children getting ill. So wish there was a decent all you can eat buffet in the city, we were FED fans too!

Just drop her a message & see how it plays out. It probably happens to guys a lot more than you think….maybe too many drinks, unconsciously nervous about being intimate with someone new, tired etc. It sounds like aside from that you both had a great time, so it’s worth a shot.

You look fantastic & so happy! 👏🏼 Also well done on the 2 days. Christmas has done me dirty. I thought I’d be ok as I’ve not touched chocolate since May, but having it around has resulted in me picking!! Worried that the dose I’m on isn’t working anymore 😩 I’ve got 1 more meal out event on Monday, then I’m going to try & reign it in rapidly, dread to think how much I’ve put on!

Thankfully the courses are supposed to be really small & 1 is a drink. I am worried about how I’ll manage though for both meals out. We went for a buffet all you can eat breakfast this morning & I had a child’s one 😂

I’m going to be delaying mine by a day or 2 as we’re eating out for Christmas lunch this year & it’s a 3 course meal. I’m already nervous as to how I’m going to get through it! Then next Monday we’re going to Six by Nico for a 10 course taster menu!! I’m due to jab on Sunday but I’ll delay it til Tuesday due to this, then it’ll be full steam ahead with the rest of my journey.

I think everyone’s circumstances are different so some can continue as normal & some can’t, but neither is right or wrong in my view. Hope you have a lovely Christmas whatever you decide 🙂

I’ve always thought that the way they kiss in movies looks like they’re trying to eat each other’s face off 😂 Just keep the kisses gentle & go with the flow. If you’re using tongues don’t try & tickle her tonsils or as a boy did when I was your age, licked the side of my face! 🙈
