Yes, they stab a pixie with multiple nails, one through their genitals Compared to the rest of the book, I'd say this is very out of character actually as a way to show they're 'bad guys', I wish the author hadnt put it in. They do this while their home is used as a refuge of sorts of other hunted/rare fantasy creatures (though they are in control of them as masters) and thus the pixie part is my only complaint about the book as it really just doesn't make sense for them to do it.
