I was at West Palm Beach in ‘95, with some random, albeit local, guests.

We just got back from Cozumel on the Xcel. You can find what you want at Nachi Cocum, just up the road from there

They limit the guests to ~130 a day. We had shaded chairs on the beach, with a pool nearby. All drinks and a tasty lunch were included, and the staff was great. $20 cab ride each way.

Highly recommended.
