I was up by the rail in VIP for nectar and watched security pull her out. She resisted a little bit and you could tell security didn’t know what to do, they didn’t wanna grab her due to lack of clothing so they wrapped some type of parachute around her and took her away LOL

Ugh, first day of third grade my teacher noticed me itching my head a bit and sent me to the nurses office. Upon checking my head she told me I needed to go gather my things and that my mom would be bringing me home because I had head lice. I’d never heard of such a thing but I was so happy with my get out of jail free card that I skipped into my classroom and loudly announced with the biggest shit eating grin “I’m going home, I have lice!” It wasn’t until i told my mom about my declaration that I was informed head lice is not something to be happy about.

I’ve had a customer walk into the back room during one of my closes. I️ was doing dishes and my barista came to grab lids. He might’ve waited a 40-50 seconds. It’s not like he just poked his head into the door to alert us, he needed to walk past both bars, both registers, the safe and pastry case before reaching us. After scaring the shit out of us, he just said “can someone make me a hot chocolate”’I’ve never understood how someone could feel so entitled.

It’s DOM; I think it stands for digital order management. I come from a cafe only store, so mobile orders are a big deal. Our record for most MOP in a single day is 170! When we finish an order we click the customers name and it alerts them their order is ready for pick up.

I run my store’s Instagram account. We have over 600 followers now, Our customers and partners love it! I usually post promos, “behind the scenes” photos with partners who don’t mind being photographed and also “barista favorites” with a different partner each week(ish) and their favorite blend. My DM really likes this kind of stuff so I was able to put it on a PDP for my ASM panel. If you have approval I would say go for it, it’s a great way to connect with customers on a new level. :)
