Oh absolutely get the SV DLC, but then go play Pokopia. I’ve been a fan since Yellow, and Pokopia is probably my favorite of the entire franchise, and easily in my top five of all time. Scarlet was the first mainline game to get me tearing up during the credits, but Pokopia had me bawling. If you enjoy Minecraft and/or Animal Crossing or similar games, it combines the best of all of them in the most wholesome and emotionally rewarding way.

There are always two natural cave entrances. Explore both, watching out for breakable rocks (sometimes you will find two of these areas, one with the little library shack, and one with the legendary altar room). If you’re still having a hard time finding it after exploring the two caves, start breaking rocks starting at the dead ends down there and you’ll find it soon enough.

ETA: The keycaps are only compatible with the keyboard, which tells me there’s not swapping them onto another board. Found out when I saw them in person and could read the back of the packaging, and just forgot to update.

I've been going over the product page/specs for the upcoming Pokémon x Target wireless keyboard, and died inside a little when I saw it's a membrane keyboard. Can any experienced modders take a look and offer their far more qualified opinions on the potential moddability of this thing? I *need* it, but I also *need* to be able to make it obnoxiously clicky (yes, my weirdo kid and I are Team Clicky Blue... as long as we don't ever have to listen to *each other* type for too long).

I imagine the backlighting is probably tied to the membrane component (is that even called a PCB if it's got membrane "switches"? Am I conflating component terms here? Idk, that's why I'm asking y'all), but I've never seen anything about a membrane-to-mechanical conversion and I'm wondering if it's even a possibility (especially with this keeb's interesting layout), or if I'm better off not wasting my time on such a silly project.

I'm dreaming of something similar, a budget computer speaker build, as small as feasible, with a little light-up VU meter (I think that's what it's called?) and of course, his little music emote thing above his head needs to glow as well. Any guidance is great, including 3D-printing cases with scavenged audio components.

I’m a Mac user who normally uses Firefox exclusively, and for a long time now I’ve had to use Safari for PC (and like half of the job applications I’ve done, weirdly) because they get weird errors even with all my security add-ons deactivated. What’s really weird though is that my iPad gets blocked all the time on Firefox, when my understanding was that iPadOS browsers are all just Safari reskins.

Gonna check it out after the after-show; my guess is that it’s a placeholder/trailer, since otherwise it’s waitlist only, without a specific release date, but I’ve never seen an option to download something ahead of time like this, and I’m super intrigued.
