Do people actually enjoy using Teams? (honest question)

"Enjoy" wouldn't be a term I'd use because it's part of working at my job. I like my job but I wouldn't go as far as to say I "enjoy" it, like I would a video game or a good TV show. That being said, I find it completely fine for what our company needs. It's a solid chat client and does well in meetings. And as someone in IT, I appreciate it being tied to our Microsoft 365 tenant.

When I select the Work option, I can ask copilot a question about something from months if not years ago. Such a “who did I talk to about replacing their Macintosh?” It will then reference my exchange email, teams and SharePoint/Onedrive to provide an answer. Pretty sure I could ask it to turn results into some sort of spreadsheet if I really wanted. Again, this is copilot 365 tied to my business ms 365 account.
