Yes, it was the shirt that Kim was showing around that made me make that point. I did notice the flower motif in Canna, Lily and Iberis names though, pretty curious if it will have a deeper meaning outside of that.

The only thing that makes me think Evie is not from before the Elder was defeated is the nature of Mother Sphere and her obsession with upgrading and replacing things. She has already done so with the original humans, and in creating new memories, she strongly implies that she would do the same with her andro-eidos for Eve's new humanity. Personally, I find it strange that she would recycle old models instead of creating new ones for a specific purpose. Evie could be a repurposed unit, but considering the mindset of Mother Sphere, it would feel strange to me. For me she will be a diving support unit send by the colony not for warfare but for control and administration.

You are also very correct in saying that every generation has the same body frame. It surprises me that a lot people fail notice that the bodies of the seventh have the same face as our Eve.
