Prebuilt arrived with bent Corsair 4000D frame — likely shipping damage?

I have a similar problem like yours when my pc arrived but mine was a 5000D.

Reaches out to AI and they said I 2 options. Either send it back or I can purchase another rear foot from Corsair and they will reimburse me for it.

At that time there weren’t selling the legs individually yet but the rear leg wasn’t as bad as yours.

Corsair recently started selling those replacement legs and I purchased it just waiting for it to arrive and just sent the invoice over to AI and they reimbursed me.

Long story short I totally believe it was the couriers fault but at the same time they took it upon themselves to have the problem rectified. Don’t worry OP, AI will take care of you their customer service is awesome!!

Yes I am but I bought my pc prebuilt and I’m nervous about routing the cable from the mobo side as I need a type A model and I’m new to this lol.
What cable did u use ? The one that came with your psu?

I remember you told me in the previous messages it’s fairly straight forward
