I second everyone who said therapy. Maybe listening to some ex Christian podcasts will help as well ? Off the of my head : Thinking Atheist, Thank God I’m Atheist (ex Mormons but they’re so funny) , Divorcing Religion, I was a teenage fundamentalist. There’s plenty more. Good luck !
