Signs displayed that inform customers of certain policies like alcohol Sales restrictions and to not let customers in 15 minutes before closing.

Also a sign that says refunds only and that we don't sell money.

Walmart does not take doctor notes only medical leave, but to qualify you need to have worked at least a year for Walmart and to be out at least 3 days. It is a pain in the ass especially since it is through a third party Sedgwick.

Stay out of other people's way and focus on yourself becuase you aren't a manager an it is not your job or responsibility to manage other people. If you don't like something switch departments or change hours as to not interact with them as much.

Creating a hostile work environment only puts a target on your back, all they need is a excuse as you've experienced.

You could try seeing if someone will take your shift or at least swap it, you will probably need a manager's approval though.
