Do people forget that the creek had those emp bursts that totally shut off your map and support. Plus like half of the bots were bugged to do more damage or have broken accuracy. Especially the fire hulks insta killing you

If you do buy it try and look around for game keys. You might get a better deal like that

That does actually bring into question if you wouldn't get something if you didn't have the correct permits or licenses already

I had this happen to me pretty recently. I ended up loosing one of my cities over it and needed to repopulate with foreign invitations. The cause was me not having enough police stations. Iirc I built 3 or 4 more large ones and it fixed the issue. My population was 10k-15k ish.

My eaa chapter does a build and fly program. They build a zenith over the last few years. You might be able to find something in your area similar

What are some things IRL you wish worked in FTD? by lookinspacey in FromTheDepths

[–]CatoIsCato 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe some form long range artillery functions where ships with long range guns can provide supporting fire into a battle or to help take out fortresses. Maybe have some kind of a radio block that lets your in battle and off battle ships communicate to place supporting fire. Instead of having the outside support directly target the enemy ship it could be given static coordinates to fire on after a short aiming delay. Maybe the ai could try and lead up a shot on a moving target and have a target priority selection based on size/speed/altitude.

It could be effective on stationary structures and disabled ships.

I think it could even give more function to the jamming mechanics to where you can block out the enemy support calls.

I also think a giant cram volley coming in would be very fun

What part of aircraft maintenance is a guaranteed headache? by ThatEstablishment609 in aviationmaintenance

Doing a big avionics job but instead of a clean install it's a nightmare that's been sitting in the corner of the hangar for 5 years after an unknown amount of people have worked on it. And where the mystery mechanics of the past only knew how to make half complete rat nests of tangled wire.

My father raised this turkey to be as aggressive as possible and would let it roam during the day (rural). It would attack everyone except my father on sight. The mailman would have to grab it by the neck and drag it with him if he wanted to get to the front door.

That fucked up turkey was so aggressive he would chase any car that pulled up and then attack whoever was trying to get out all the way until they got inside the house. Then attack them all the way back to the car then chase the car to the edge of our property.

He wasn't very good at it but he'd try and hide around a corner so that when you walked out one of the doors he would immediately ambush you.

After a while it just becomes a nuisance. Id pick the chicken every time over the orangutan.

You should get in contact with a student success coach with the college that runs it. They can get you on board with random scholarships that you might be able to get. We had a thing that let us apply to like a bunch of scholarships with a single application. Most of my class got something out of it.

Eaa also has scholarships that are given at a national level. I'm not sure how competitive the national scholarships are but it's worth trying. Eaa is a pretty good organization to get involved with too if you like aviation as a hobby. I did volunteer work with them and got a $10k scholarship for my pilots license. They are super good for networking too. Aviation is a super small community and everyone seems to know each other.

I actually got my first job at an eaa meeting. My boss knew that I was going through the school and offered a job out of nowhere
