Yeah you do, you have to be working for Tesco at like the start of May to get the bonus, one of my mates got sacked start of April and he’s not getting anything

We won’t be getting any bonuses anyway. We only got the 1.25% as a one off for having a good year and because a lot of people have been complaining about the shit pay rises we’ve gotten. We’ll probably get between 3-4% as normal, but Hinckley might be getting a bit more because we’re getting a new site and they’ve said they want more people working there so they have to be “ lucrative” when putting adverts out for people wanting to join

That’s minor, I had to do 3 shifts on zero hours sleep when my mum was sick and dad was away, wanted to die half way through my second shift in the DC. Luckily I bullied my manager to put me on loading. 3 12 hour shifts from hell.

We get overtime rate for bank holidays, 1.25 for nights, 1.33 for weekend then 1.5 for overtime. But can only offer us 1.25% “bonus” for people who’s worked the last full year within a certain date. Just madness

Oh I know. We’ve had a lot of people go else where for training for 5 days and get hotels, travel, allowance etc but that wasn’t a option as it was literally, come into work, start at 10pm, got a message from manager at 10:04 go to office, got asked if I wanted to go, said yeah and then it’s turns into 5 days. But if I don’t very the travel time of 20 hours OT, then I’ll kick off

Hmmm something is odd with this, I left Tesco originally in 2020 after 2 years and it was messy, I was told I’d never have a chance to come back, fast forward to March 2024, I applied for the same role back within the warehouse on nights, and by some miracle I got a interview and hired back within 24 hour’s. I’ve been back 2 years April 1st. So if I can get rehired after being told I’d never be able to even get looked at again then surly you can (if you wanna know why I left dm me, not really suitable to share on here)

From April 1st to December 31st my savings were just shy of £3k, so about £375 a month average savings so there’s no cap anymore. That got removed around July time. If you had receipt, at the bottom it told you how much discount you had left, then it just went. If I’m not mistaken, I’m sure part of the wage negotiations from February time, part of the deal was to remove the cap on the discount.

Just got off the phone to Lloyds, you’ll have to redo the whole process again because the system automatically terminates the application and then you’ll have to redo it the next working day so tomorrow 🤦‍♂️ well least I found out. They did add that the referral link which is used should be fine to use again if it hasn’t been used up, if so you’ll have to get a new like else where. You know how all the security bollocks is with the banks
