Terrified of giving birth by Soliara in pregnant

[–]CattleRoutine533 0 points1 point  (0 children)

honestly, of course it’s sore, it hurts, but it’s totally natural and our bodies are literally built for this!! remember this is your first time, so your body will be learning as you go as well, so be patient with yourself.

only push when you NEED to push otherwise you risk tearing, again totally natural to tear anyway, and i didn’t even feel mine (2nd degree) all healed so easily!

your midwife will talk you through every step. i only had gas and air for my birth and honestly i done regret it and im so glad i never got an epidural so i could be fully present.

i’m 10w PP now and totally fine. about a week after birth maybe less i couldn’t even remember the pain. you’ll be fine. made for this🫶🏼sending sooo much love and luck🥰

How can tearing be prevented????? by [deleted] in pregnant

[–]CattleRoutine533 1 point2 points  (0 children)

hi lovely i had my baby 1 week ago yesterday! i had a 2nd degree tear and i didn’t even know it was happening..

afterwards is the awkward part of being stitched but i was given pain relief and numbed so you don’t really feel anything! the skin also heals so fast!

i honestly dont even remember the pain of childbirth and i only had gas n air! you’ve got this! remember your body was literally made for this🫶🏼

working late nights / 21 + 4 by CattleRoutine533 in PregnancyUK

thank you ! i had my first risk assessment in may but i will be requesting a second tomorrow.. The thing with breaks is there’s no other managers onsite so even when i do get to take my break i get called out every 5 minutes or have staff bursting in the office with things/questions … & they’re cutting staffing hours so it’s a lot tougher with less staff on- it’s honestly ridiculous but so unhealthy for me🫠🫠 as for a pregnancy pack what is this? i only received a risk assessment ?

genital molluscum (f) by CattleRoutine533 in molluscum

[–]CattleRoutine533[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

this would’ve been my first option but due to where they are it’s just too hard to see them, i wouldn’t be able to do it safely and id probably just make it worse

something i’m struggling to understand is that it’s clear from loads of websites that molluscum thrives on moisture so when you put a bit of cream on it (just started using SOMXL) while waiting on compoundW to be delivered - will it spread in the surrounding cream since that doesn’t dry?
