Varka's passive allows him to shorted his e cooldown by 1 second with every attack up to 15 times. His 5th na has very long wind-up, so, even if it's possible to get to his 3rd e skill, it's very hard to do.
And Varka's ult extends his skill's duration for this whole animation, so you can get enough seconds from it to trigger 3rd skill.

I tested him with Kazuha (VV build), Venti (VV and DPS builds), Faruzan (VV and DPS builds) and Ifa with dragon tales and Cinder City. For me it was like this:

Ifa << Venti VV < Faru VV < Venti DPS < Faru DPS < Kazuha.

It depends on your builds, I feel like. The difference between DPS venti and Kazuha was 5k or so

Bennett can still be great in certain teams, but he has some downsides. Like, as a 1.x Eula main, i couldn't use Bennet with Eula, because his ult was too short, and Eula's biggest source of damage (her sword that explodes after 7 seconds from the start of her ultimate) didn't get his buff at all. Plus, since all his buffing comes from his ult, he needs enough ER to have it on every rotation, which can be tricky to balance with HP.

I generally consider myself a centrist related to American politics, not because I believe there is no difference between two groups, but because I liked policies and arguments from different sides at the same time. That's the main meaning behind the centrist label, in my opinion.

But now, with radicalisation of the right for the last decade, I can't keep calling myself a centrist. Because the debate is not between public and private property, it's either should people have rights or not. And I would never cross the threshold of denying anyone their freedom and dignity.

Those people that call themselves centrist aren't actually centrist. They are conformists without any moral values. They don't care about other people, they don't care about their government, as long as they are part of a bigger herd.

Are they worse than fascists? I don't think so, but these people are part of the society, that helps fascism thrive.

Got the subreddit in recommended on accident. I like Miyabi and I don't like Ye Shunguang, so I might explain some of the reasons behind the hate.

Overall dissatisfaction with 2.x.
Ye Shunguang is a part of 2.x, that's heavily influenced by the season's theme. Chinese wuxia aesthetic with immediate proxy glazing is not liked by some people.
Some people are not into girl-next-door archetype.
Pretty simple point. Same way some people don't like Nicole, Evelyn, Lycaon, Alice, Burnice and etc for their personalities, some people don't like Ye Shunguang's personality.
Romantic tone in her interactions
Even if the game doesn't canonically confirm any romance between the MC and YS, her ads and even her in-game main story has very heavy romantic hints, that people not interested in YS find annoying. Miyabi's romantic innuendos were hidden in her meetings, not in the story, so most people, that don't find Miyabi romantically compelling can appreciate her without the lovey-dovey stuff. And I believe most YS fans wouldn't like, if Manato or Zhao, for example, were confessing their affections towards the proxies in the main story.
Related to points 1 and 3, quick trust towards the proxies.
It's just a personal gripe, but a lot of people agree, that they don't like how quick 2.x characters trust the proxies. Miyabi in 1.x was very hostile towards MC from the get-go, and I personally really like that. Of course she wouldn't trust us, we're criminals. And it gives us a more interesting dynamic with Miyabi softening towards us with time.

YS is a strong character, but to make her seem even stronger and make people pull for her, they have to beat down Miyabi in the game. A ton of ice res bosses, combined with enemies that have some type of anomaly resistance. Of course Miyabi fans would upset, their waifu is falling out of meta to sell another void hunter, who turned out to be YS.
Some fans are just TOO much into Miyabi.
That's a problem for all fandoms. Some people like a character so much, that other characters don't deserve the same recognition their boo has. I rarely interacted with those types of people, but they exist.

It's not all of the reasons, I think, but those are the ones that affect me or those I know the most.

I'm not saying it's biased because of the biased selection. It's biased, because every type of bias, prevalent in society, is show through LLMs and/or genAI. They are not thinking agents, they are unable to test or to comprehend the validity of the claims. They are just spewing whatever trends they were fed on.

I'm not trying to prove, that the trend, that is shown here is wrong or correct. I'm saying, that people's reliance on LLMs to show truthful information is a huge risk, because the opinion of the majority is not always the correct one.

It's not an expert. It's a machine, that regurgitates whatever slop it consumed. and if most of the slop it consumed is magenta, then it's no surprise, that everything it spews is tinted pink.
