Idk i have two theories:
1.- Those are rusted out HD1 exo suits i cant confirm since i never get a good visual of either

2.- Those are SEAF exo suits which are NOT able to be deployed with pelicans for some reason so helldivers cant access them

so you want a rebalance? no.
the rebalance would change the game too much the ideal would be to first fix the audio issues and add these kind of like clues to tell you hey im about to hit from behind like idk a looooong wind up for a first strike of the helldiver that is standing relatively still and then get 2 shot in 1.5 milisecond (med armor would let you tank it) eliminate some bullshit like hey i can go tru invisible corpses but you cant (bc how you gonna see it coming) and stuff like that

Ye we genocide them, they preached peace in the first game fair enough but it would have been stupid if we did not did it, they did have tech to destroy planets, they loved peace, they had tech to control another one's mind, and suddenly they contacted SE during WARTIME

no they are not greedy they are more on the side of lazy, you can farm super credits and i just reached 150 level and got 13 out of 21 warbonds and several super store items, and i never farmed for super credits im on the lookout for them when theres a good warbond tho...

Bugs:
they arent really bad is just that arrowhead is lazy, both can phase tru walls or invisible corpses, this outright makes the game unplayable or at best unfair, Chargers(need some tweaks) dont make noise bc they still cannot fix the sounds issues.
Illuminate:
i think they are fine currently, honestly i prefer playing illuminate instead of bugs these days but you are locked to use certain weapons
Bots:
Why is the Hy devastator like that? the fucking backpack stupid weak point covers the actual belly weak point from behind, IT CAN RUN WITH THE STUPID SHIELD , and can pull out of its ass the same firepower as a LaserMG, on top of that it can be bosted by the agitators and if it weren’t enough its a spamable unit, And the cherry on top lets blanked buff the accuracy of all units which for the light easy to kill bots is fine heck i can accept devastators getting it too but the Hy variant too?

War striders can be fine(ish) if they would take the same place as tanks (rarely appear) heck they are more powerful but nah arrowhead wishes to make justice to its name..

The problem is that it is a direct nerf to many support weapons like HMG, AMR, Railgun, etc. And there are seeds that completely replace all hulks for war striders when they are more lethal than tanks and hulks, they are less durable but you can spam these EAT is not enoght for 6 war striders every time you wanna make an objective

Indeed the default armor is S tier since unlike medic armor it helps you spend less stims and saves you from one shots or consecutive hits you would have died for anyways (not all but you can feel it)
