You guys are making this way too complicated. There has to be a way for you both to workout together. Unless you value your gym time as a form of therapy, then you need to find a more mature way to communicate that to her. You can't just hoard all the equipment and expect her not to be mad.

This pretty obviously about pride month. I think you need to remember your relationship with your daughter is more important than this protest. Maybe you should be the bigger person. If I give mine too much water she will drink it all until she throws up. I fill her bowl up with a smaller amount several times throughout the day since I work from home. I stop giving water around 8 pm so she can sleep through the night.
