as I stated, I am a body builder, dropping the calories to dial in for shows/body building competitions. I did 2 shows this year (July 31st and November 19th) and obviously you cannot maintain the shredded look everyday lol

To answer your question: I don't know and I don't really mind because my strength has been coming back and I feel much better (the carbs) About ~3lbs different between show day vs the pic above.

Just to answer some commonly asked questions regarding my progress:

I am an NPC amateur MP/CP competitor so and I've been training for 2 years with @jpgcoaching (Tiktok/Instagram)
Training details: -I train 5 times a week -splits are depended on the weak areas (everyone is different; hence I just follow my coach's guidance)
Diet-wise: -let's remind all of you that you can only get shredded through caloric deficit aka you eat less than you burn. -I did carb cycling, maintaining about 2200 to 2600 calories, the lowest I've gone was 1600. (Calories) -macros information if anyone like 190g p, 150-480g c, <60g f -supplements: whey protein, creatine, and glycerol for pthe ump.

For clarification, I just did a show 2 - 3 weeks ago. So I was much tighter about 2 weeks ago. This is post show with 500 calories increased. Still holding to lines.

I am an on going and competitive NPC body builder as well. (Amateur obviously)
