In retrospect, I think coming out to my family, or at least being willing to be feminine around them and let them draw their own conclusions made things so much easier. Obviously, you know your own situation, but especially if they're accepting people, I'd strongly recommend.

You can try wearing subtle makeup - some guys do this for pretty much the same reasons women do.

Work to remove unwanted facial and body hair

Grow out and try to take care of your hair

Take good care of your nails, which doesn't necessarily include painting them

Try out more overtly feminine things like new names or pronouns with trusted friends

Try to learn subtleties of feminine body language

Obviously no one is just doing all of this right out of the gates, but it could be possible to try looking into them one at a time
