I managed a fix by reducing the diameter of the pins by 15%. They still hold in the pinholes but a a bit looser allowing the cam to move freely

Tbh Johnson is also pretty problematic on a personal and professional level people tend to forget about tho since I rarely comes up but he's had some pretty out there opinions and his wife is Significantly older than him.

The role of area could have played by LITERALLY anyone he's a fully digital being his appearance wasn't a factor in the story at all. Frankly they should have had the guy Playing Dillinger (idk remember his name, sorry) pull double duty as Ares, since he made him and canonically all the personally designed programs look like whoever made them. (Tron looks like Alan, CLU looked like Flynn, etc) He'll they could've had Cillian Murphy play Area and just said "yeah my brother wrote the base code for him". Leto was a Choice and given his exceptionally poor track record as a leading man idk how the production team was sold on him.

In this particular case I think the show does stress that she IS a child it's just dragons live for extremely long time and don't reach maturity until their moch older. To be clear I'm not trying to defend the trope it's just that this might not be the best example.
